The agent opens the app at the unit and taps Check in. GPS and time are recorded, so you know who turned up where.
Incidents (BVAS failure, violence, over-voting) can be reported with a photo at any time.
Far from the unit? The app warns, records the distance and lets the agent continue with a note.
One party per row on a large keypad. The app checks the arithmetic live and warns in plain English or Pidgin when totals don't add up.

The camera guides the agent to frame the whole EC8A and checks sharpness and glare, then asks for a close-up of the totals.
The agent reviews the figures against the photo, then seals. Sealed at capture: the photo's fingerprint, time, place and agent are locked together on the phone.
Everything is saved on the phone first and sent when data returns. The outbox always shows what's saved, sent and confirmed.
