What we never do

Isolated workspace and keys
Every client's data sits in its own workspace with its own encryption keys. Rival campaigns can both buy, but never see each other's data.
No rivals in one race without consent
We never serve two rival candidates in the same race unless both agree in writing.
Non-partisan
Every registered party gets the same terms. Partners may work for one side but may not ask us to refuse a rival.
Evidence built to survive a challenge.
Sealed at capture
Each photo's fingerprint, device time, GPS and agent ID are sealed together on the phone.
Write-once storage and a full access log
Originals are never overwritten. Every view, download and export is logged by user and time. Legal hold stops deletion.
Evidence certificate
A signed description of the system for computer-generated evidence. Built to be admissible; the tribunal decides.

We act as your data processor under a data processing agreement signed with every client.
Agent consent
Agents see what we collect and why, in plain English and Pidgin, and consent before they start.
No voter data
We never collect, message or profile voters. The only people in the system are your team and your agents.

We delete or return your data when the engagement ends, unless a legal hold applies.
